Do you have staff that pickup leftover food from a company event?

You have to bring it to the donations dock yourself. The dock is on the right side of the shelter behind a gate. The gate is open most of the day.

They have good left over bread and sweets

Yes the open door will see that the people whom it is needed by will receive it. Only the employees and family at the SF will get it.
