Reservations are only for the restaurant, not the bar or games though.

They won't reserve a whole floor or anything for you, but often D&B has separate party space if you have a company or private function.
No reservations needed to go in to play and drink but reservations are required if you are going to rent a room for an event i.e. birthday events and such.
