My burger wasn't cooked right and wasn't well done just because there were about close and the fact they gave 3 value menu Patty's when I just needed one patty texas whopper ! SUNDAY March 20,22

Costumer service is not good at all, they always have one register open and make people wait also for the food, there is also this girl in the picture with a really bad attitude am sorry but I would say a b@#$& attitude there was this lady asking for a small cup of soda because she was feeling bad cause she suffers from high blood pressure and she denied it to her even though she was going to purchase a combo. Some times you need to be kind and show some humanity to your costumers to be successful and never loose your costumers, and be thankfull that they come and buy your food I really doubt that you lose a hole lot of money by giving a lady a courtesy cup of soda when she feels sick.
