There is a huge parking garage in the same entertainment / shopping center that Dave And Busters is located. Enter the parking garage on Highland just north of Hollywood Blvd. There is a charge but it's not bad with validation. I've stayed for several hours and the parking fee was under $10. Don't park on the street in Hollywood, there is a really good chance your car will be towed, stolen or broken into if you use any Street parking which is usually hard to find anyway.
Hollywood and highland mall parking garage is definitely where you should park. First hour or so is free with validation, then they charge by the hour (i think $2-3 /hr) with a $15 daily maximum. Easiest and least stressful place to park in this area .
