If you're already a patient, you can create an account on www.myhealthevet.gov and use the webpage to book an appointment or call 407-599-1404. I much prefer myhealthevet.

If you are an established patient you should call the Telecare.

You have to come in , register as a patient here , and they will assign you a primary care physician and schedule and appointment for you.
