Never in my life have I seen a Doctor that was more compassionate, caring, and just a flat-out nice guy who knows what he's doing just look at the reviews, actually treats you like one of his best friends. My family would never go see another eye doctor as long as he doesn't move out of the state.... As far as the only two bad reviews I've seen on this like classic credit pro, that name right there tells me everything LOL. Those are people who wanted something for nothing or were put up to it by somebody else. Or they just could have been a bunch of know it all's that wanted to tell the Doctor how to do his job. So keep your tissues next to your bed to dry your crying eyes because he has plenty of people that would love to come back and see him..LIKE ME !!! My wife suffered a massive stroke in December of 2021 right in the middle of extensive treatment for my right eye. He gave me his personal phone number and said you call me when you can get to my office after hours and by golly he's accommodated me many times. I call that a warm hearted human being and a good man.

I just called his office in which to inquire if they accept my insurance. The voicemail was him and stating if you are a patient call my cell phone. I hung up because where is the front desk staff. I receive a call back and just advised I'm looking around on my insurance. What insurance do you have I tell him he immediately oh NO oh NO and 1 out 4 in the state are insured with your plan and they don't pay they owe over thousands of dollars and your copay is $250 so good luck with that with attitude as if I owe him the money. If you don't want to deal with this insurance then say that!!

Dr. Stingl has been working on my rare eye condition for 4 years now,and although he has machines to take pictures of your eyes, I HAVE not gotten my eyes fixed and continue to have the same eye condition, now worse than before...He makes promises he can't keep, has a short temper,no receptionist except his wife from time to time, and can be very unprofessional and rude for those reasons I have asked for my records and will take my chances and probably get a seeing eye dog...I would not recommend him to anyone...

I showed up to Dr. Stingl's practice with no appointment, just minutes before they closed (I was having some strong discomfort and needed help) and he still seen me. He preformed a very thorough eye exam and gave me immediate relief for my eye pain. No one tried to push products on me or up sale me. He has checked in multiple times between my appointments to see how therapy is going. I really feel that he genuinely cares for his patient's health and I am glad I found him.
