You shouldn't have to sign up to visit the facility. Just be a vet or properly associated w/ the armed forces. FYI. You would be better off visiting the headquarters in Orlando, FL. Closer to you by at least 1 1/2hrs.
This clinic is in Florida. Why would you be visiting from Alabama?
Because Alabama doesn't take care of the veterans
