Yes - under ADA and HUD guidelines, we accept service dogs at our vacation homes. There is no fee for bringing a service dog as long as the trained dog is there to assist someone with a disability. We would like to point out that Ward Realty offers 3 distinct pet related categories for our rental homes - pet friendly (anyone can bring a pet), no pets (no tenant pets but owners may have pets), and pet free (no pets by anyone). All three categories are open to service dogs, but we ask that anyone with a service dog to please possibly consider the first two categories. The only reason is that someone who checking in immediately after and is highly allergic to dogs (and rented their particular home under the auspices of a pet free home) would not have a harmful reaction. Please give us a call at 910-328-3221 if we can help you find a vacation home.
Some places do. I like ward reality and they will answer your questions and are very helpful.
they accept pets sometimes there's a fee though. I think it is refundable when you leave if you clean up after your pet. You can call them I'm sure they will tell you. It really depends on the property owner
