You can't but doctors can
Unfortunately no. I asked about it when I first signed up, last September. I have been to other medical centers and most you can but not at Siskiyou. I have suggested it to them in their comment box but maybe if others do so too they might listen. But for now we're only able to call to get a message to our doctors.
I have had stuff emailed to my provider, I have a lot of specialists and they all keep contact, but I have never personally done so. It may be something to discuss with your personal provider.

I believe they have a 'my chart' system. This allows for email communication.
I dont believe I've ever been given the option. So I dont think so.
