The store was busy, but the employees were working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Chris was very helpful and engaging. When he couldn't get through to the site survey team on the company phone, he used his personal phone to make sure I could get the service I needed. All in all, it was a very good first-time customer experience.

The store makes you wait forever to pay your bill, they're always super slow and just stand at their computers and say we'll be right with you but then make you stand there for 30 minutes. The tablet sign in is stupid, I don't want to touch the same thing as everyone else in town. They need one designated person for payments only!
