Prices are lower than the box stores but you have to be careful, some items are good and some are not worth buying if you have to buy again because they fail. It’s hot or miss.

No, they are not closing. The Harbor Freight way of doing things is to have one sale sfter another. The company buys in massibe quantities thus getting better pricing. They have their own manufacturing facility where they make their own tools. And lets face it, the tools are not top quality. All of this snd a good marketing strategy makes Harbor Freight s successful operation.
