Camping I think is still closed as far as swimming goes there are signs that say the rock pool and the lake are closed but we still got to swim two weeks ago
No swimming not sire about camping they have a phone number if you Google it you can find out. Ore information. They have rangers there. Nice place . Hope you get your answer
My friends and I came last week and there is a small sign that says daytime hiking is available but swimming is not. Rangers do not enforce this though. It's best to go in the morning and early afternoon, as it does get chilly after 4pm.
I'm not sure about camping but I went hiking last weekend. Went for a swim as well. Parking is $12 for the day.
