I'd have to agree with the other reviewers. You kinda feel like you're dealing with a cult when interacting with the customer service workers. Not worth it and Colorful Gardens nearby, while eccentric, is at least somewhat sane in terms of a place you can just pick up gardening supplies without the weirdness.

Zero Stars if google would have let me! I’ve never had such horrible customer service. My father went to this store with a task of getting sanded plywood. Reno from the lumber department reassured my father that he would be taken care of him. Cutting sanded plywood 19/32 “X4’X8’ (5/8”) to requested size 7”. Which came out to a charge of $70.33, paying this much you would expect to get what your asking for. When returning home, my husband looks to find that my father did not bring home sanded plywood and it’s been cut to 6” not 7”. When calling the store my husband request to speak with Reno about this wrongly sold product. In which Reno argues that they do not sell sanded plywood. That he cannot guarantee any cutting size and everything‘s final sale. My father and husband arguing with him about the reassurance that he would be sold sanded plywood, Reno hangs up on them. Recalling the store with Alexa nicknamed Lexi, answers the phone. My husband asked her if the store sells sanded plywood, which she assures him that they do sell this product. He then asked to be transferred to a manager. Mia the store manager, is alarmed that Reno hung up the phone not providing good customer service. She puts us on hold, Moments later Lexi picks up the phone and begins to argue with my husband about the fact that he questioned her if they sell sanded plywood to begin with. She asked him why would he ask her that question with having prior knowledge. Which he rebuttals I wanted to see what you would say. She then goes on to say “look Sweet heart” in a condescending tone, which my husband correct her by saying that you do not call me sweetheart. She responds then what would you like me to call you? He in return says, sir is the most professional way you to refer to a male customer. She then goes on to argue that she never said that they don’t exactly sell sanded plywood. Little does she know she has been on speakerphone for two other people to hear what she said throughout the whole conversation. My husband asks why am I on the phone with you again, what happened with the manager? In which she responds you already talked to the manger, trying to argue us off the phone. This is highly unprofessional, and looks terrible on this establishment. Finally we get Mia the manager gets back on the phone, with her saying that Reno is stating he told my father he had to use regular plywood and not sanded because the measurements would not fit with what he was requesting. My father chiming in the phone call, Reno reassured him that he was getting sanded plywood cut to requested size. They never spoked once about using regular plywood. Mia goes on to tell my father that she doesn’t believe Reno would ever lie. Referring that my father and husband are lying. This sort of customer service is absolutely disgusting. Customers are not the enemy to a business and yet we are treated us so. Making this business look absolutely horrible. My father has been shopping here for 20 years and never once having a problem until now.

Shop there all the time for their friendly service. A lot easier than the big box stores too.

I always need something. So I'm at DIY weekly if not more. I love the plants, great soil including for cactus. Everything I need with always helpful and friendly service.

Unfortunately, the DIY Home Center website does not offer an inventory search option where you can view online their product selection. They do have their weekly ad online, as of 3-2-19 there are no bathroom faucets or sinks listed, just Kitchen items. This may change in a future ad. -Edward's Enterprises Remodel Contractor & Handyman
You need to contact the store directly
Yes we have a selection of both
I don't think so!
Mr. Joshi, Thank you for your inquiry. We do carry ACQ treated lumber but not decomposed granite.
We comply with all local, state and cdc regulations. Masks are required at all times, plastic shields separate cashiers from customers, carts are sanitized, counters and touch surfaces are sanitized on a regular basis
I have no idea what that is.
Yes we carry a large assortment of mouse traps
YES they do sell Dunn-Edwards paint , do not listen to the last post. He was incorrect. I know for a fact they do. And the paint guy there is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful
This isn't DIY, this is just someone who reviewed them. I suggest you simply call them.
To answer your question. I do not work there. Don't know why the question came to me. But I am there basically everyday up to three or four times a day. The prices are quite reasonable and for local shopping I think it's the best deal in town.
