Nice and quite community to live at. They have a pool, club house, and even their own lake where you can walk your dog at. Too bad it recently got affected by the fire, about half of the houses burnt down:(

Now, this is a very good place to live in just by looking on the outside from the ouside looking in so to speak. This is a controlled environment. And it is very quite and clean. It's smack into Sylmar hills but to me this is a well manage mobile home park. Maybe you can come and visit and stop by the sales office and see what they have available.

No rentals avaliable as Seminole Hot Springs is a resident owned community.
Hi Beatriz, Seminole Springs is a resident owned community which does not permit rentals. However, you may find a "studio for rent" situation.
We do have 2 lots to reserve a space for RV parking. This is for storage only and not habitation. This is an owner occupied Common Interest Development.
This community is 100% owned by the residents. Any openings are individually controlled. You would have to contact a realtor. Thank you.
There are homes for sale. You can not rent the homes.
