Lots are typical for the SFBay Area. Higher Prices. The place is clean. Sometimes double standards about trees and responsibility and boundaries w neighboring lots. Management a C or so. Nice place though, At least the Spanish Ranch 2, designed for people over 55.

I went to visit . But I do know they run about 700 just for the space.
I don't think they rent them. I just bought mine.
The rent various by how much electricity you use. But approx. 725-50. There is a lot on De Vaca Way, right across the street from me.
Aren't you talking about Spanish Ranch I? Spanish Ranch II is a seniors only park.
