Soft skills and basic common courtesy with customers would go a long way. I split residency between CA and AZ. I've been a long time customer of this location and I can't remember the last time I've seen an single person on the pharmacy staff smile, interact without making it feel like you are burdening them, rushed and annoyed, and just overall unpleasant to interact with. To be honest, I only come back because of location and ease for me so I tolerate the lack of professionalism and the systemic lack of basic professionalism. The Lake Pleasant, Peoria AZ CVS couldn't be more opposite - friendly (greet you with a smile), answer the phone, eager to please the customer, pleasant to interact with from the Pharmacist to the every one of the techs- they are top notch and could teach this store a few things about customer experience.

I bought a notebook here the other day and when I went to the cashier to pay for it, the The cashier was jokingly going on a rant about how the Woman is always right and the man/husband is always wrong while talking to a coworker. I didn’t mind it at first, but then she turned her attention to me and began ranting and raving at me. Saying things like: “The woman is always right! remember that when you get married!” I don’t want any part of this and I just want to pay for the product and leave so I attempt to ignore her by just staring down at the counter. She then waved her hand in front of me to get my attention which I smile at her pretending like I’m engaged. She finally does her job, and rings me up.

Never use the CVS on Kanan for 1 hour photos. Most of my order was ready yesterday but they customer service rep behind the counter said he couldn't give it to me until the entire order was ready. I came back today to pick up the order and they couldn't find it. They couldn't even find the order in the system. They couldn't give me a refund either. The manager was nice and realized the issue but because I ordered it online I have to call for my refund. I'm not wasting any more of my time on this. I'll be disputing the charge.
