Difficult to navigate, there are never any spaces open. They have the system that’s supposed to show an accurate number of open spots on each level but it’s entirely inaccurate. It’ll say there are 30 spots on the top level open when in reality, the top level (and every other level) is so overcrowded with cars there is barely any room to drive out of the garage. We almost missed our trip entirely due to getting stuck in endless and fruitless drives around the garage because it kept saying spaces were open when they weren’t, we wound up valeting the car and barely even managed that. Parking at this airport is an absolute joke, do not park here if you have any other options. You may miss your flight entirely and never even find any parking.

Last week, when I returned to FLL, I wasn't exactly sure where I had parked, although I knew it was near terminal 2. While I was in the garage, the tram driver approached me and he was very helpful. His name is Victor Campbell, and he was so wonderful, I can't say enough good things about him. Give the man a raise! An employee like Victor is one in a million!
