What does BD instead of digital mean?

It's actually kinda cool.... the seats are super comfy.... it's a much larger, more accomodating theater.

Don't know if you ever received an answer; I just saw this. BD is Big D, a bigger screen in a bigger theater. As someone else said, the seats are nicer. Sound is good. Not 3D, but a higher quality picture than a standard theater. Cheaper ticket price than 3D. In my experience in Spring Hill, there are always more people in the BigD showings than in 3D or standard.
