I ordered my pizzas at 10:18am to have ready for pick up by 5. My pizzas were not ready by then and my ticket was lost. The worker gave me 3 free pizzas and said they were a pepperoni, cheese, and meat lovers. When I got home I discovered that they were all 3 pepperoni.

We ordered 4 personal pan pizzas, 1 stuffed crust pizza, and an order of cinnamon bites. Paid for the order and completed the transaction. Only to be called to stay that they were out of personal pan pizzas and stuffed crust! Not a good evening for hungry family of 5!

Been living in our town now 2 years and yesterday was 3rd time trying ot order from Pizza Hut. I even was willing to wait the 90 minutes it stated for delivery. I placed my order, paid for it and received a phone call appprox 5 minutes later that they apologize but were having driver issues I could pick it up or they can refund my card. Because I had no way to pcik up the pizza, I canceld it. Called Papa Johns and my pizza was at my home in approx 30 minutes. Gonna be tough for Pizza Hut to win over any business in this town with those results. Including a 2.5 rating on google. Sucks, cause I really prefer Pizza Hut of the competitiors. Good Luck
