Definitely pricey, stays full so they keep price hiked. But it is a great location, walking distance to plenty to eat. Clean and comfortable rooms

My boyfriend and I stayed here while traveling through TN due to dangerous road conditions during a snowstorm. All hotels in surrounding areas were booked, the roads were slick, and we were stressed. After checking in, we were immediately relieved! The staff was genuinely so sweet and considerate!! They made sure to take care of us. I have never felt more at ease staying at a hotel and it's all because of the kind people who work there. The room was clean and the easy booking process made the situation a lot easier.

Overall 5 stars. My wife and daughter stayed here on their girls spring break trip. All good. As always beds and pillows can always be upgraded, but that applies to all hotels.

We arrived and were checked in quickly by a very polite young man. We had family staying there also and we requested that we be as close together as possible. They accomplished this quite well, all of us on the same floor, same side of the hallway and within one room width of each other. The housekeeping staff was courteous and kept us supplied with bath linens. All in all it was a good experience.
