Just a heads-up that you can no longer renew your passport at the SF consulate. The passport machines are broken (and apparently there was a central decision to not repair them). A provisional passport can, however, be issued.
Yes, u can . Swedeish consulate in San Francisco, has now a passport mashine that will make u r passport right there on the spot . Bring 2 pictures ,same as the previouse passport. And u will bee taken care of ,good luck
