You can order online or on the phone. Never had a bad experience with the employees after the many times I have been there. I'm sure the manager would be happy to hear how you would improve their services.
Or order it online or do Uber eats and avoid the line completely! I have been to two of their locations several times and always had great customer service. They are popular and people need to understand there will be a wait. This is the south, good things take time :-)
Went there Friday, May 18th. 20 - 30 min wait, but knew that going in because WE READ the reviews. If you don't act like an ass, employees are very friendly and helpful. Never saw or heard any employees rude or disparaging to anyone. And we were at a table across from the order area and the service area. Give 'em another try! We will. JS.
It doesn't help if they don't answer the phone.
That's how businesses work, they have to go in order.
I've called at least 6 different times, know the hold music by heart, and have always been disconnected after 10 minutes. Meh

Loved the food and did have to wait. I witnessed a rude customer and clerk gave me a free drink for being patient.
Just call it in. They are very prompt when it comes to call in orders
