Horrible. First, they told us they didn't have any other drinks than Dr. Pepper and Sweet Tea. Second, they had us wait at front for the food for more than 30 minutes. Not to mention, one of the workers came out and said they were going to make the order. BARLEY! It's as if they forgot. We also couldn't help but notice how one of the workers was inside the place taking "selfies" or in general, being on their phone. Lobby isnt even open so it didn't seem busy but yet still was taking forever. Past times we were here, they had also not attended well. We thought it would be different this time but we were wrong. Never coming here again.

Nothing like getting off a 12 hour shift and trying to grab a quick meal on the way home, only to be told through the drive thru intercom that they’re closed. It was 9:35 PM when I pulled up, and 9:45 when they said that. So I sat for 10 minutes until they decided they didn’t want to do their job. When I asked “you close at 10, can I not order?” He replied “yeah, I don’t know what to tell you.” Thank you for the superb customer service.

I went to this location yesterday 11-09-21 and as always it was the worst customer service ever!! The Staff was playing and yelling on the intercom, they didn’t say hello or thank you and when I ask the Man for a receipt he stated the machine don’t work!! But the worse is after not knowing what I paid for I get home both my side orders of red beans and rice was missing and no sauce for my child’s nuggets and then the chicken was half done!! So I basically paid $16.00 for a leg, thigh, 8 nuggets and 2 biscuits and 1 drink! What a rip off at the Popeyes on Gallatin Pike in the East Nashville area!! ☹️😡☹️

Fire all the staff that was working tonight. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I understand that inherently fast food restaurants are typically not the best on customer service, but these employees were disrespectful to anyone and everyone involved. The restaurant was barely busy, with only 4 cars in the drive thru and two customers inside. I arrived at 8:07pm and I stood there for 10minutes at the front counter, having made eye contact with several employees several times. The cashier finally took my order and I asked her to fill my drink because the Coke machine was opened up and not in use as the manager seemed to mess with it for a second and then walk back into the kitchen, leaving everything still open and in disarray. I then waited another 20minutes, watching as the workers all seemed genuinely intoxicated or high. Their pace and blank expressions of confusion were a constant show of how they genuinely did not care for working efficiently or normally, showing how they clearly did not care about the customers nor the owner. Several other customers were there waiting with me, all clearly annoyed and complaining about the wait. The workers proceeded to ask me several times what I ordered. After 30 MINUTES, I saw that workers were FINALLY preparing my order as the manager was putting together my spicy chicken sandwich (grabbing the patty out of a bin overfilled with patties that were clearly not fresh). I was finally given my spicy sandwich meal (without the extra pickles I specifically asked for) AFTER another customer was given his sandwich meal which they prepared at the SAME time as mine even though I was there 25 minutes before him. Once i finally ate my meal, the sandwich was clearly old and the fries were cold and soggy. Genuinely the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Their actions are inexcusable and the disrespect to the customers and the owner of the restaurant should not be ignored.

U should try and decide what u want as quickly as possible because it's other ppl in line and u never want the drive through to become packed....so be considered of others and place your order as quickly as possible.....
I would just take the receipt inside and talk to the manager

Yes very short staffed I was there this after noon and had a 30 mins wait the customer service was great they did best they could with the few workers they had
