Chicken was dried out. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Didn't look at chicken till I got home which was my mistake. It was over cooked like they just dipped back in the fryer to make it hot. Next time I will ask for made to order and wait on it or go to Popeyes. This was for Father's day dinner for the whole family. I had to keep apologizing for how bad it was. I would not recommend the Harding Lane location.

Ordered food for delivery. Items were missing, the chicken was so soaked in soaked in grease that the crust was completely sliding to the side and so saturated that it was inedible. Containers were less than half full for a family size meal for four people. And this was after my DoorDash driver waited extra time for them to complete my order properly. I have eaten KFC for years and never encountered such bad product. We are from out of town and traveling right now, and have lost the KFC in our area so we were seriously looking forward to being able to enjoy something we don't get at home. Instead. We've had to go to waffle House to feed my children because I would not feed them that chicken because I was afraid it would make them sick. I do not recommend this place based on this experience. And it is extremely rare for me to ever put that type of mark, but I was highly disgusted by the state of that food.

Order was very wrong when I got home and tried to call them 4 times and no answer. Paid for a 2 piece breast and drum stick combo with 1 extra side and got a thigh and wing. I think this will determine if I ever return or refer anyone to go there.

I waited in the drive thru 15 minutes. Order a mashed potato bowl as made. I got all the way home NO GRAVY. How can you eat a bunch of dry potatoes with crunchy dry chicken without gravy? I paid $6 for something that I can't eat, cause it's too dry to swallow...lol Moral of the story, make sure they make your order with ALL the ingredients before paying or leaving. Next, time I will inspect my order then pay. At least I would still have my money or some food I could actually eat.
