We have never had a problem with the bread in the past five years we have been going to this location. Request fresh bread if this occurs again.
It's usually hot and fresh but if it's not, just ask for fresh bread and they will bring it out to you.
I've always had very fresh bread.
Tell them you want fresh, they will bring it.
