Very clean. Bought our tickets through the concession stand. Picked out our seats on the screen during purchase. Nice to now have assigned seats. Seats were comfortable.

I think like everyone else the prices are ridiculous but again that’s the new world that we live in customer service was good the lights do come on 10 minutes before the movie end the movie seats to me were uncomfortable they’re definitely to close to the roll in front of you and above you so it’s not for me but check it out yourself

Everything was great, except the theater was too cold, and I don,get cold easily, considering there were probably only a dozen people there. It would be good if you could find a way to balance your HVAC to match the number of people in the theater.

Me and a group of friends went to see the new Batman movie, when we got into the theater and sat down we noticed it was very warm in the theater. We went and told the staff that it was really warm and they said they would turn it down. We told them not once not twice but THREE TIMES. It was a 3 hour movie and we barely got through half of the movie before we left because of the heat. When we went to the front desk to ask for our money back they gave us EXPIRED vouchers, thankfully we noticed and they gave us our money after arguing that the vouchers were still good. I’m sorry but this theater is in dire need of a new heating and cooling system. And just a renovation in general. Austin (the manager) wasn’t very helpful, he had to call his GM for information for what to do.
