i work at this pet smart salon currently (2019) it is a drop in basis but the groomers are so understaffed (and overbooked) that on weekends they have stopped taking walk in appointments unless there was a last minute appointment cancellation. but if you book an appointment for a bath then nail trims and ear cleaning are already a part of the basic bath services call ahead of time to check salon hours. because this store specifically doesnt have enough groomers to stay open the full store hours.
Go to your local gromer they suck
