Geoffrey’s Diamonds is by far the most amazing jewelry store in the Bay Area. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2001 and am always so pleased with the jewelry, customer service, impressive inventory and beautiful showroom. I love working with Sonny who always puts a smile on my face and really takes the time to understand what I’m looking for. Sonny goes the extra mile to ensure I walk away with the perfect piece that compliments me and she is so incredibly knowledgeable and a true expert in her field. I’m so very happy with my recent purchase of the perfect diamond earrings…I can’t stop smiling every time I see them in the mirror and have received so many compliments on the beauty, elegance and sparkle. Sonny is simply the best at helping to find the perfect treasure for me.

Great place to shop. Their employees are very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I stopped by weekend and they were so busy. Fortunately, Antonio was really helpful, cleaned my earrings and ring. He helped me to chose the best necklace. Excellent customer service!

A close friend recommended I check out this place, so a couple of weeks ago that same friend and another girl friend came with me to shop around the store. The store looked neat and clean, everything was so pretty and sparkly. Sonny courteously told us we can take our time to look around and to just let her know once we’re ready, this made me feel at ease and more comfortable. She also offered us champagne and free cleaning for my friend’s rings which didn’t take long to get done. After an hour or so of trying on a few different rings, I finally narrowed down to two different styles. I truly appreciate Sonny’s patience and enthusiasm in this process. I left feeling happy and excited to come back. Exactly a week after, I went back with the boyfriend and finalized the setting. We also started looking at some stones and Jillian was fantastic to work with. She was really sweet, approachable, patient, and extremely helpful. She made the whole process feel like an adventure, she presented us lots of different options, let us check the stones in different lightings, provided reasonable suggestions, and most importantly she remained mindful of our budget. Ultimately, we found what was ideal for us and ended up making the purchase. We left satisfied and with a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Overall, both Sonny and Jillian made the experience of ring shopping fun. I’ll definitely be back to check out what they have for bands and other jewelry items!

Geoffrey’s is an amazing jewelry store! Not only do they have absolutely stunning and unique pieces, the staff and service are unparalleled. Sonny is my personal favorite. She has helped me on several occasions. She is knowledgeable, patient, warm and friendly. Working with Sonny is like shopping with your best girlfriend. She always gives her honest opinion which makes her trustworthy. You want that when you are purchasing jewelry and I really appreciate that about Sonny. And what’s best, she always offers to clean my jewelry. Such a nice perk! I couldn’t be happier with my recent necklace, earring, and ring purchases.
