Had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Preeti Ramaswamy! Went to her to treat a facial scar from a dog bite. She did two subcision treatments on me. The treatments left a worse scar than the original scar being treated. I expressed to her that I didn't feel she explained the possibility of secondary scarring with me in enough detail she yelled at me. She said I didn't trust her and that I signed a paper saying I was informed. When I asked her for a copy of the document I signed she refused to give it to me claiming it was private. Next, she told me that she will never treat me again and she dismissed me from her office before she even finished what she started. She showed no understanding, empathy or compassion. She was uncaring, cold and impatient. All she seemed to care about was covering herself from potential legal action. When I finally received paperwork from her office (that she initially refused to give me) it appeared altered. One document was the same as one she had given me but now it was longer. It appeared she added notes about the very things I said she didn't inform me of now on the document in a DIFFERENT FONT! Do yourself a favor and do NOT see Dr. Preeti Ramaswamy of Garden State Dermatology.
