How do I speak to someone at this location to find out why my package has not been delivered? It was supposed to be delivered on February 2nd had it has been sitting at this location since January 30th per customer service.

Take the tracking number associated with the package and ask to speak with a supervisor at the location that delivers to you. They should be able to track your package and give you info on its whereabouts.

Go to the location, give them your tracking number and they'll have the answer for you.
