My package saying it was delivered but I've never received anything. I looked all outside to see if the mail carrier put it somewhere or hidden it. I didn't see anything! This is the 3rd day where is my package??? What type of games are ya'll playing over there??? Ya'll have some lazy people that don't want to do their job and they steal people's packages.

Ms. Sly, as her badge read, was one of the worst postal service employees I’ve ever encountered. Rude, short and unwilling to perform her job. Should have found one of my packages she’d actually scan so I could have completed a review on her service. Also, don’t expect to use the drop box, it’s always full and they don’t care. Easily the worst postal office after Citrus, and that’s a whole different story.

This location doesn't open till 10am and it's only for bulk mail. If you do not have a commercial account they won't assist you at all. I have paid the postage, printed the label and now gone to 2 different New Orleans USPS locations since 9am with no luck getting an envelope to mail away my order. I stand up for USPS but i can see why people are turning away from using them. I hope someone fixes the problem soon. Hire people that like working, assist in the service of the few folks that still pay our dollars to keep them employed.

While I was visiting New Orleans I had a few packages I needed to mail out because I’ve been on the road for a few weeks. So I walked to the post office and it was very big and accommodating, they were all practicing the required Covid rules per the post office. The staff was extremely friendly. I cannot say enough good things about them. As a matter fact the supervisor was on the floor with the clerks and she even lent me her pen. She was very nice and that means a lot to me and all the clerks went above and beyond. The main clerk I dealt with was a young man named Jamall and he was very nice and friendly and we had a great conversation and he did an excellent job. It’s a beautiful post office and I would definitely highly recommend it to anybody. The United States Postal Service is the greatest in the world and these guys do a wonderful job and need to be appreciated more by the general public.

You can sign up for the service that alerts you of what mail is coming to you...as it goes through the machine every envelope is captured by photo..all mail goes out every single day except for holidays. You may want to go to your local station and inquire about it
What is the new yearly rate for the small rental box at the Jeff Davis location? Why no one ever answer the phone? You can dial, morning, noon and before closing no one answers.
I recommend packing frozen food in a cooler or cooler bag with dry Ice. You can also order from one of those meal delivery places, like hello fresh, and they would send you all the packing supplies. ;-)

I'm a truck driver that delivers to the post office on Bluebonnet in Baton Rouge. The front part of the post office closes at 1:00 today. But the back processing part never closes.

I don't think u can get counter service at 7 00pm for it is close at that time. Yes for everyday you have to go to the counter service and ring the Bill and water.

Take the tracking number associated with the package and ask to speak with a supervisor at the location that delivers to you. They should be able to track your package and give you info on its whereabouts.

I know that some career employee's at the Post office started to celebrate this holiday early so they can have a four (4) day weekend. That could have been what happened to your original postal service delivery person. If it's not there by Tuesday go online and track your order. Then show your proof to your local post office to file a complaint. 👍🏾
