How long does dinner normally take?

if you get all 4 courses, and you like to take your time eating and talking, I'd suggest at least 2 hours. esp. without a reservation

Hi Becky! An average dining time for a four-course meal for a party of 2-4 guests is around 2 hours. Larger parties should allot a bit more time, and definitely plan accordingly if you have post-dinner plans. You'll be surprised as how quickly the time flies by when you're dipping away in the fondue pots! As someone else said, you have so much fun that you don't notice the time.

We took about 2 hours I think, which sounds long, but it's fun so it doesn't feel as long to be honest.
