How do I get to talk with someone in person in your service center? The phone system does not let me choose that optionwhich I find very annoying. I am trying to return a call and cannot get a person on the line!

Unfortunately the only way I have reliably been able to talk to people is to go to the store.

Call the main Dedham number. If there is no service routing, select options until someone picks up. It's a small place. No, I don't work there.
