Took my grandgirls to see Teslas in the show room. All the staff were very nice. Let them sit in 2 of the cars, open the trunk & frunk, and look at and play things on the video screen. Both girls would love to own a Tesla. We'll see what's around when they can drive in 5 years;^)

Made an appointment using the app due to squeaking suspension (control arms). Got a number of confirmations and messages in the app before my appointment, including estimated cost (zero), offer for Uber credits. Brandon, very nice guy, checked me in, offered some services (I had zero work done on the car in over 3 years of ownership): clean/lube brakes, rotate tires, cabin air filter. Waited there, good wifi. Noticed they were offering everyone who came in $100 Uber credits per day while getting work. I was done in 3 hours. Great experience.

Where do I start? 1. A 4 day fix ended up taking 2 weeks 2. Absolutely no communication between service and me. And what’s up with ONLY being able to text? 3. Had to beg for a loaner to travel my 4.5 hours home after realizing it wouldn’t be ready anytime soon. Living in upstate VT, there are no service centers locally. 4. Loaner came with defective charging converter so I was unable to charge at home and had to take 3 hours out of my day to travel to a super charger to charge. It was VERY cold here. 3. Did I mention the lack of communication??? 4. Experience was so bad I’m selling the car and purchasing something that can be serviced locally. 5. Oh, and did I mentioned that I had to repeatedly had to request updates on the car which were never forthcoming! I don’t know if this is a Tesla thing or specific to Dedham, but I sure would select another service center!!!

Appointment cancelled after waiting 3 weeks."Due to high onsite inventory and workload". Small crack in my windshield, was told to go direct to the dealership from my insurance after trying their preferred place...and getting told to also go direct to the dealer. Never had a dealer blindly deny service. On any car. At least a phone call would have been nice instead of a message.

Unfortunately the only way I have reliably been able to talk to people is to go to the store.
Google issues buying used Teslas warranty issues. Some buyers have manufacturer's issues with repairs. Check with Tesla store near you with VIN of vehicle.
they dont sell them in store, you can buy a mobile connector online here: https://shop.tesla.com/us/en/product/vehicle-accessories/corded-mobile-connector.html and you can look for tesla reccomended electricians here: https://www.tesla.com/support/find-electrician
You are posting question in public and this is not Tesla managed site. Call the center for information about your car. When I got my car it was charged but I don't believe fully charged. Hope this helps.
What you need to do is get in touch with Tesla using there phone number or website: https://www.tesla.com/findus/location/service/dedham
Yes. The service center is not but the chargers are always available
No, there are no cars whatsoever in the showroom. I don't believe it any of the Tesla stores have enough stock on the plaid but they have been able to display one. No idea when one will arrive.
Because no other car but a Tesla allows you to lock your key in the car? Never happened to anyone else, right? We both know that Tesla fixes this problem for regular owners, because there are multiple ways you can get into your car like using your phone app, it is only because it's a loner that you were able to do this, but why not take some personal responsibility for leaving your key in the car? The car didn't make you do that.
If your vin has more than 5 numbers, it's greater. If the numbers it has are less 50900 then it's less
I used Don and Wally's, nearby, South on rt 1. They don't know anything about EVs but they don't need to :-)
I don't but you need to have Tesla do it I think or warranty not valid for tires
Scroll down Using the left dial on your steering wheel
You can use a different paint if you Google touch up paint on Google..it will bring you to a model 3 group with lots of options people are using off Amazon..along with pics of the results ..
You will have to troubleshoot with tesla customer service
Hi Mohammad, per our website: https://www.tesla.com/inventory/used/mx?arrangeby=plh&zip= "Every Model S or X receives a full inspection, remaining battery and drive warranty and a four year, 50,000 miles new vehicle limited warranty with 24 hour roadside assistance."
My understanding/experience is that Tesla can add Tire Pressure Monitors (TPMs) to Non-Tesla wheels. But if you need repairs to the wheels for damage you need to look elsewhere. Tesla will sell you tires or Tesla wheels.
They recently discontinued the lowest config. I believe you will get starting model s 75kwh at $69,500 and then any additions like autopilot, leather, paint etc will extra.
