I went to Convenient MD for the first time and I was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the office and the hospitality that I received. The front desk lady, Terry was an absolute delight to speak to and she has incredible positive energy and an affable demeanor. And the Doctor that I saw, Dr. Rodman, was a classically excellent physician and came across as being competent and compassionate. His professionalism and his demeanor are top-notch. There's nothing like speaking with a doctor who sounds like he cares and sounds like he wants to help. I would highly recommend this clinic. It appears to be very well run and they have very high standards. There are even snacks available for patients in the lobby. Great job!!!

Nice clean facility. Some employees are better to interact with than others. Went for drug test and couldn't get it done, as previously told because they had already sent all samples to the lab, so I was told I had to come back the next day. I informed them that I had called prior and was never informed there was a cut off time. The wonderful Emma helped me out. The next day was hell but it's all good. My pending employer was able to correct some things because someone messed up again. Won't go back unless I have to. I have a urgent care place I already prefer.

I went to the Dedham location and was easily able to reserve an appointment to get a COVID test on- line. The process was very quick as I could complete the forms online and go right into the clinic room. The medical assistant took a thorough history and was very nice. The PA was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I got the results very quickly well within the promised 48 hour timeline. Very satisfied with my experience.

I didn't know what to expect upon trying this place out. All I knew was that I hadn't been feeling well in days and I just wanted to be seen. I could've visited my health clinic to see my Primary care doctor, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of wondering if he could schedule me in for an appointment. This place is literally right up the street from me so I didn't have to drive far. The staff was helpful and informative I was given instructions on how to get better and was not there that long at all compared to the local clinics and hospitals. I was bit confused about their admissions process I was sent to wait inside my car for someone to call me to ask for my insurance information I just assumed that I could provide all of that information right there. Although it was confusing it all still worked out for the best.
