I would have been a first time customer but from the moment I walked in the salon it was just awful. I was told appointment only and then they just kept working. I was never offered an appointment or even the option of making one later in the day. If that’s how you treat people I don’t want any part of it. Manners do go a long way.

I have waited way too long to write Oasis a 5-star review. I have been getting my nails done at Oasis with Tracy, Kim, Snow, Lynn & Sandy since 2018 - they are all wonderful. Tracy is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and she is a model small business owner. She is so passionate about her clientele and always greets regulars by name with a big smile. I moved to upstate NY last year and have not found a salon that even remotely compares to Oasis. Every single time I’m planning to be in the Boston area visiting family, I make an appointment in advance to get my nails done. It’s become an ongoing joke that I drive across state lines for a proper dip manicure. Thank you Oasis, you are amazing! 💜

Tracy has no respect for peoples time. I booked an appointment and assumed she was the one doing my nails. Upon arrival she passed me off to a nail tech that was unable to do the design I requested. Even though I was not getting the service I intended to get, I was patient enough to still wait to get it done. I waited nearly 20 minutes and still was not serviced by the other person. When I spoke to Tracy on rescheduling she was pushy about still getting my pedicure and coming back for a manicure. Again I asked to just reschedule when they were not busy because waiting was no longer an option. What is the point of making an appointment when they cannot service you on time. This place was highly recommend to me by multiple people and I was very disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

I have never had a better experience getting my nails done. I saw Tracy and she was so informative about every part of the process and how it affected my nails. She was so professional and easy to talk to as well! She really took pride in her work and her salon. I am so beyond impressed and can’t wait for the next time that I see her. I look forward to becoming one of her regulars (she knew every person that walked in by name and knew details from their lives). Honestly, the best nail salon in Boston and beyond!
