Are coolers with juice or water allowed

Your not supposed to bring any outside food or drinks into the ballpark

I thought i had seen people bringing in waterbottles and refilling them at the water fountain. But no coolers or juice. However some people weren't following those rules and we're pulling Powerade or Gatorade (or something like that) out of their bags once they got to their seats.

It is not allowed.
