The Statement that was made by the "Employee" Should Be A CLEAR INDICATION AS WELL AS A RED FLAG, for You The Paying Patient of the Facility to Research Other Facilities and Move On to a Truly Supportive Facility in the Area..! Run, Don't Walk...! There are Far Better Options for Facilities that are Supportive and Sincerely Caring for The Clients..! If You Have Transportation then Try B.I. - Lahey in Gloucester, MA. I'd say. Don't let one person's opinion stop you from making a change in your life. No one's perfect. Although they should always be professional. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. Maybe they are going through something with that person and they said something they shouldn't have. True, they should never have said what they said, but do what you have to do. Cuz what we were doing isn't working. You'll be glad you did.
