The staff is absolutely welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I have never seen them not smile or be gentle which helps to bring down anxiety. The gentleman at the front desk is kind professional and A great communicator. This place is WAY better than going to an emergency room.!

Paid $165 for a 5 minute appointment just to get referred to a doctor that never got in contact with me. The 2 stars is just because the staff was pleasant.

The wait on a Monday was nearly 4 hour long even though the waiting room was not crowded, 5-6 people. The worst part was you can’t leave while waiting, you can NOT come back after 15-30 min to get lunch or snack - you had to wait the entire 4 hours in the waiting room with everyone even though you pay ahead while checking in. Nice facility, decent staff but completely mismanaged. Get more staff or have a better wait system.

Two stars, and the only reason why is because the nurse and the receptionist were really sweet women. The PA I got was absolutely horrendous, I had a sinus infection and I specifically asked for antibiotics just because in the past when I’ve gotten sinus infection, I’ve never felt this bad. The PA told me I was fine and told me to take a decongestant, even though I argued with her to at least give me antibiotics as a back up and if my symptoms worsened I would fill it, she refused. And now here I am missing thanksgiving because I what??? I still have a sinus infection, I had to get a cat scan, because the infection so bad it got into my eyes, ears and the doctor afraid it got into my brain. Not only, did this PA misdiagnose me, she was rude and had the worst bedside I’ve ever seen. *** 3 MONTHS LATER*** I got charged 700 dollar for a saline spray and a you’ll get over it yourself! Thank you So much Lynn MGH urgent care for Worse urgent care experience I’ve ever had from emergency medicine. I hope you guys are living it up with my 700 dollars. This is truly disgusting.
