There is NO EMERGENCY ROOM at this location. Connected to the practices in the building there is an urgent care facility but it is NOT an ER and it does close nights and weekends.
The site says “The Lynn center will be closing at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve (Friday, December 24th) and New Years Eve (Friday, December 31st). The center will be closed on Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25th. Virtual Urgent Care will be available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, December 25th. Happy Holidays!”

There is a final step, clicking a button called Schedule, that many are missing because it is not as prominent visually as it might be. That is currently being updated in Gateway. We recommend calling your primary care practice and ask them to connect you to scheduling so that you may schedule the second appointment.
