Well informed, kind, and quick. I was able to be seen right away (which I know will not always be the case) and the team made sure I was comfortable. They relayed information to one another so everything was streamlined. A great Urgent Care facility due to a great team. A special thank you to Rina, Marina, and Toni. 1. Unbelievable wait times, even with appointments. 2. Lack of consideration for HIPAA. 3. Poor standards of practice. 4. No hand hygiene. 5. No infection control. 0/5 stars My appt was scheduled for 12:30. I was told to show up 10 mins before. I was in the lobby at 12:15. Multiple employees saw me and another man standing in line waiting to check in at the front desk. No one said anything to us. It got to the point where I yelled, “ hello! Excuse me!” Nothing. I called the front desk from my cellphone as 2 additional people entered the building and were now waiting in line. I could hear it ring, no one answered. You could hear employees talking and joking with each other. It wasn’t until AFTER 12:30 when someone came to the front desk and began checking everyone in. The lobby took no consideration for HIPAA. You were asked who you were and why you were there and everyone in the lobby could hear it. I was finally roomed. The examination table did not have the paper across it and I was expected to sit on it. The medical assistant walked in with gloves, said she was going to triage someone else and then come back for my vitals. She walked back into the room wearing gloves. There was no hand hygiene that I observed in between patients or any equipment disinfection. How many other people has she touched with those same gloves!! The potential for cross contamination was unbelievable. After a long, long wait the PA met with me. No hand hygiene observed but at least she brought in a clean pair of gloves into the room. At 2pm my appt was finish. 12:15pm - 2pm and all I did was wait. If the wait will be more than 5 mins you should check in on the patient multiple times or at least alert them that the wait will be about 2 hours with your appt due to short staffing. This was my first time utilizing this Urgent Care and it will be my last. I’ve never reported a facility to the department of public health, but due to the severe lack of infection control standards I feel obligated too. Please go somewhere else for your healthcare needs.

Very quick and easy process. We booked online for COVID tests for travel and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional and we received our results very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been running around for days to find a test and though these employees in this field are dealing with a lot, I received nothing but attitude and disrespect from hospitals, minute clinics and urgent cares. This urgent care showed the most respect and compassion I received in days. Upon arrival the woman at the front desk, Marge was nothing but helpful and a delight to speak to while I was being helped. Thank you for your caring staff and I appreciate the work you do in these tough times.
