I love the physicians that I see but I absolutely HATE that you can not get a person that works from that building on the phone! Going through a call center is horrible and they take forever to answer!

Update: Awilka is an awesome nurse. Able to multitask, friendly and hard worker. Always entertaining going there. I get a kick out of the parents who don't watch after their kids, folks playing stuff on their phone loudly and those who lack direction. To those who complain about parking, there is street parking and parking garage next to north shore center. Of course the ones right outside are limited and for only 30 mins...stop being lazy and walk! Employees deserve an award for being able to deal with privileged, lack of common sense/manners and inpatient folks that seek treatment here. Yes, at times there is a long wait, but it's ran like a hospital and there are short staffed so stop being rude to employees doing their best. It's good to see the core staff and new faces everytime I go. They can improve wait time when call for anything and someone should be at front help desk at all times. Special s.o to male nurse in lab who gave me juice after drew blood, super positive and nice nurse in urgent care and my favorite check in lady. Update; Have been there often since quarantine started. They are doing well at following covid guidelines. Always good to see friendly Ibelkis opening door, Monica is nice, quick and efficient at the lab, both obgyn Dr. Alexy and Cotter are fantastic. Call wait times were bad before, but now they are terrible!!! You wait an hour to be transferred, then another to just speak to someone. Yes, my chart is helpful, but somethings you need handled right away.

You never meet your Dr that signs your scripts or is listed on you insurance so for a whole yr I was seeing someone whom I thought was a Dr an it's not you just see nurse practitioners that's it . I went in with a ruptured disc an broken tailbone I saw Nick maiperier an hr had me bend over looked at my back told me there was no way in hell that anything was wrong with me we'll sports ned sent me for a four hour MRI I had a broken tailbone an ruptured disc as well as a herniated disc . I also had a family member kept having severe chest pain they kept telling her that she was having an anxiety attacks. For six months until she had a massive heart attack . Don't trust these people

The worsts place ever to go get tested for covid 19. Please don't go there if you care for your life this nurses are bad they don't care about you and they don't even listen to you. I waited there for like 3 hours and then they told me that it was close please if you have no where else to go. Only go at the opening hours time because if not then you'll be there for nothing like me

It depends which department she is in there are a lot of different departments there they all have some kind of doctor or nurse pract. So she might have to go to the obgyn they have one there. But I think they can. Or anyone could just make doctors do blood tests for things all we can do is ask and ask another doctor. But she should see an obgyn. Could also have to do with insurance.

It's very difficult when calling them I usually have to just show up there to get any kind of appointment I recommend going somewhere else this place sucks I'm currently switching because of how much trouble I've had with them
