Awful shopping carts. Rusted and nasty.

Walmart does not care about their customers or their employees. All they care about is the customers money
This is an event that rarely happens. Simple repairs are expensive. New shopping carts are astronomical priced.
Shopping carts are crazy expensive. Most stores (even Walmart) will use the carts till they just cant be pushed. Its a pain but thats pretty much how it goes.
Dont know their maintance schedule there
Probably never, they have been like that for years.
