I really like this Belk it has a men's department that's bigger than the ladies I don't know whether to be happy or sad.. Just not easy to find a store with such variety for men's so much to choose from.

Got there at 7pm, mall closes at 8pm. I quickly found 3 nautica shirts that i liked and took them to the register by the mall entrance. The clerk was helping a customer so I waited a min then the worker told me to go to another register that he pointed to however no one was manning that register either so i circled around 4 different registers and no one to be seen at any of them. So I returned to the first register at the mall entrance and told the worker who was still with the previous customer looking up something, I told him there's no one at the register he pointed to so he then told me to walk around 🙄...i found another worker, folding clothes and chatting with apparently his girlfriend, still no help so at this point i sat the clothes on the counter for them to put away when they get time and i walked out after telling the worker that pointed me in every direction that i dont need it that bad, goodnight 🤷‍♂️

Good selection of ladies dresses. The fitting room had a line even though some customers chose to leave rather than wait. The rooms were so full of clothes they were even piled on the floor. When I mentioned the need for more fitting rooms to a sales representative, I was told they had reduced the number due to covid. It is time to reopen them.
