The staff are great here!!! They are awesome!!! Shopping with my kids makes me alittle overwhelmed, but I didn’t even have to ask for help looking for items the staff came up to me and kindly asked if I needed help. Usually in stores these days you look around and there’s no one around. Employees at the register were just as patient and welcoming and all of this happened right before closing, I believe in great customer service and That’s exactly what I got, Great second shift team !!!

TJ Maxx is one of my favorite stores. I am rating it 2 stars because of Customer Service. I shop there often, and currently I am working on a resolution for a gift card that has been lost! I have been awaiting a response from management and while I do understand being busy, it's now on day 4 after calling back twice. I guess I would prefer the courtesy of "we can't help you vs.being straggled along in hopes that this scenario will end positively for $39! It's a principle matter and this would be my 3rd bad customer service experience with TJMAXX.
