Depends on the season. We were just there last week and walked right in. They were busy but not packed like during the summer and fall color season. Definitely make a reservation during those times

No, you do not need a reservation. There may be a wait during busier times. Every time i visit pigeon forge, i make it a point to eat at Local Goat. It is amazing food, incredible service, and everything is home made. I've not ever been disappointed by the food or the service.
