Tried calling rmv in haverhill, the phone system isn't working right, I need help from some one at the dmv, can't get through. Th web site isn't helping me at all with what I need to do and how to do it. Some help please.

Both Haverhill and Lawrence rmv are not picking up the phones atm. If it is for registrations or driving test you need to go directly there if you can't get a appointment by the web and get the forms and schedule one there in person at the Haverhill rmv . For licenses the Lawrence rmv is the one who is doing that portion. Yes sounds inefficient and a waste of tax payers money but that's the world we are living in atm. Good luck .
