Again today its been 50 mins in line and it hasnt moved. Nobody has told everyone waitng anything. I have to wait in line for about 30 mins every day. That's just the beginning of the problems with this place. Thank you spectrum for holding a meeting @ 8:30 a.m. when the people that have to work @ 9:00a.m. I work 5 mins away got to clinic @ 8:30 and was still late. Work smarter not harder.q

New Year’s Eve and my brother in-law had an appointment at 6:30am. My husband assisted his brother to get treated. His brother is blind and is currently on dialysis. From the time they arrived the staff was completely incompetent in understanding that there are certain restrictions medically that hinder my brother in law from doing certain things. This was news to them! After explaining this to them more than 4 times the office staff still couldn’t understand. Mind blowing to be a health service provider and have zero knowledge of any of their patients coming in on a daily basis. The entire staff left my husband and his brother waiting in the facility until 10am! Without any update without any apologies or acknowledgement that a blind man is still waiting for hours is mind boggling to me! He hadn’t eaten and also wasn’t able to take his medication. In the end they left him with You’re no longer welcome here and we will do our best to try and find you another facility that will be willing to take you! What?!?! Working in a office means that everyday you prepare yourself for the day. You see appointments that are coming in. You’re pretty much supposed to be on top of your game. Especially with COVID you do not have a person waiting for hours who is blind on dialysis whom has susceptible health! This review is my first step. The treatment is unacceptable! Zero respect and zero compassion zero work ethic!

This clinic is about money, bottom line. I understand its a business, but what you want for your treatment, is not their concern. Do not believe them when they tell you that you can leave anytime you want. That is a lie. If it wasnt for some of the friendly staff, i would give this place 1 star. However it will do what its intended purpose is, and thats to get you clean. But it will come at a heavy price. It would take me too long to detail it here, but just know what your getting into before you go to this place, or one like it. Its going to sap every last bit of being out of you, much like the drug your there to get off of. They want your insurance $$$$, and they will do whatever it takes to get it, at YOUR personal expense. You will see. PS- dont think you can get in and out of there in a month or two. Think again, your looking at a minimum of 12-18 months, and thats a FAST TRACK.

No, it's outpatient. Spectrum does offer inpatient programs at a different location.
Haverhill does, it's a methadone clinic. Lawrence has several but I don't much about it.
Thank you for reaching out. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, our outpatient clinics will not be open on Thursday. However, our Waltham, Weymouth, Millbury and Lincoln Street, Worcester locations are admitting clients tomorrow, Tuesday, 11/26. You are welcome to admit at one of these clinics and then continue treatment at the Haverhill location. Please call 877-MyRehab for more information.
