I used ServPro for my work. We needed their services, and it was an emergency. We provide residential care for teenagers, and we had a significant flood in our basement. Servpro came out within the hour and began the cleanup work. They were very responsive and did a thorough job explaining the process. Several years later, we had a sewerage blockage and overflow in the lower level of one of our other residential homes. It was a pretty chaotic and miserable situation. ServPro, again came to our rescue. I was notified in the early hours of a Sunday morning. I reached out to ServPro, and within an hour or two, I met met Chris from Haverhill location. He came out to the house and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was pretty overwhelming (the damage and the required follow-up). Chris and later Ross were able to walk me through step- by- step the initial cleanup and what would be involved in restoration. The ServPro technicians were helpful, quick, and professional. Frank and Bobby did a great job. My hot water heater tank sprung a leak and flooded a corner of the basement. I was impressed with their quick response to my mini-emergency. They pumped the standing water, pulled the wall paneling, replaced wet insulation and dried the studs. I will use them again, but I also hope I don't have to.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
