My mother, Kathleen Shepherd passed away at the High Pointe house, and this place will be in our hearts forever. We couldn't have found a better facility for moms final days. Thank you all so much. - Robert Young, Jr.

My mother was there for 10 days. I can't say enough about this place! It's peaceful, everyone that works there is caring, polite, considerate, and just wonderful. The volunteers are selfless, and also wonderful. My entire family was so grateful that my mother was there in her final days.

Giving thanks for the care, compassion and attentive staff of Merrimack Valley Hospice . Every consideration was given to make my mother's final weeks as comfortable as possible . The facility has a home like atmosphere that is very calming . Staff has a genuine concern for their patients and I could not ask for anymore . Sincere thank you to the staff .

I can't say enough good things about this place. Wonderfully attentive and caring staff, beautiful facilities. The best decision we ever made was to allow this facility to care for our family needs in a very difficult time.

Yes there is a pull out couch in the patient's room and family members r welcome to stay. 5 years ago my husband was a patient and I stayed there 13 days and 30 nights and now I am a volunteer
It is a hospice facility.
When my father was there, he had nothing covered at all. I think the cost was $400 per day, but it had to be paid one week at a time, and up front. Can't say enough about the staff and facilities, though. Honestly it was worth every penny.
Yes, but you need to bring in a rabies certificate that we keep on file. Pets need to be leashed at all times as well. Also pets cannot stay overnight. But are welcome for visits.
Yes I think so but I would call them first to see what other requirements you may need to bring with you for safety reasons.
